Demand Marketing Manager

TouchBistro is looking for a smart and experienced Demand Marketing Manager to attract and acquire qualified restaurant owner prospects in Canada.  With clear goals and targets, this role owns all lead generation from strategy to execution. You’ll be working hand in hand with a full-stack marketing team to make it happen, while working closely with the Business Development Team to convert leads into sales qualified opportunities.



  • Own all lead and opportunity campaigns in Canada
  • Accountable for monthly lead targets and conversion goals
  • Create and own lead generation strategies from beginning to end
  • Coordinate with and work alongside other marketing team members to execute on activities
  • Leverage all channels including digital, events, and traditional marketing to maximize reach
  • Keep Up with restaurant industry changes in Canada
  • Engage with customers to generate referrals and inspire new strategies
  • Leverage and work with 3rd-party agencies where applicable to increase results and effectiveness
  • Define, track, and report on campaign performance metrics including leads, MQLs, SALs, and SQLs
  • Present and recommend new ideas to grow the Canadian market
  • Work with strategic partners and restaurant vendors in order to generate business referrals



  • You have experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the restaurant industry
  • Proven success in generating lead gen results through multi-channels, including digital and traditional
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a can-do attitude
  • Full understanding of lead-to-opportunity conversion funnel and logic
  • You are willing to have face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers
  • 2+ years of experience working in a BD/Sales role
  • Experience with SFDC and Marketo to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
  • You’re committed to deliverables and meeting critical deadlines
  • You are passionate about sales effectiveness, metrics, and driving results
