Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for developing customer relationships. You strive to understand each client’s business and will provide direction to the customer following the sale. The successful candidate will have restaurant experience, excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, ability to work under pressure, and a process driven approach to ensuring an easy, smooth, friendly & efficient onboarding process for our customers. Your goal is to ensure our successful adoption of TouchBistro for each and every customer you onboard.



  • Connect directly with customers to guide them through onboarding with TouchBistro through to launch
  • Conduct Pre-Training assessments to gather relevant restaurant specific information
  • Use your professional experience to input restaurant menu and floorplan in the TouchBistro app
  • Provide proactive product support & answer customer questions and inquiries
  • Schedule, initiate, conduct full training sessions and follow ups
  • Ensure that customers are fully able to use every aspect of TouchBistro to best suit their needs
  • Respond to customer support requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other Field Technicians and support the team as required



  • 1+ years of recent full service restaurant and/or bar experience with a detailed understanding of POS systems
  • Working knowledge of Apple technology (tablets, iOS, Mac OS)  and understanding of wireless networks
  • Strong software troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to make timely decisions associated with process updates
  • Self-starter who is capable of working both independently with minimal supervision and in a team setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Experience using CRMs (and other web-based platforms) to maintain and track customer interactions and accounts is always a plus!
  • Available to work a five-day, 40-hour work week  ** Nine to Fivers need not apply**
