Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Support Onboarding Specialist will provide direction to the customer following the sale through to & including scheduling, install & training. A successful candidate will have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, ability to work under pressure, and a process driven approach to ensuring an easy, smooth, friendly & efficient on-boarding process.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • On-board merchants via phone/email
  • Gather relevant restaurant specific information
  • Provide proactive product support & answer customer questions
  • Schedule Installations & Training sessions
  • Initiate & conduct full Training & follow ups
  • Ensure that customers are fully able to use every aspect of TouchBistro
  • Respond to customer support requests in a timely manner

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Restaurant Server understanding of POS systems
  • Ability to make timely decisions associated with process updates
  • Understand wireless networks
  • Work in a team environment
  • Available to work a five-day, 40-hour work week
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Computer literacy is required (Mac OS, iOS)
  • Networking background (preferred)
  • Apple hardware knowledge
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Coordinate with other Field Technicians and support team as required to restore network and other services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
  • Restaurant or bar experience/background required
