The Customer Support Onboarding Specialist will provide direction to the customer following the sale through to & including scheduling, install & training. A successful candidate will have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, ability to work under pressure, and a process driven approach to ensuring an easy, smooth, friendly & efficient on-boarding process.
